DMCA Copyright Notice
This section describes guidance for submitting notices related to allegations of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Important: this tool operates primarily through client-side processing. As a general rule, the files you select to merge are processed in the user’s browser and are not hosted on our servers. Even so, there may be situations in which third-party content made available through links, materials provided by users, or references in the context of the site may give rise to a takedown request.
1. Respect for intellectual property rights
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content associated with our service infringes your rights, you may submit a DMCA notice so that we can evaluate your request according to the legal requirements applicable to DMCA procedures.
2. Strict requirements for a valid notice
For our analysis to be effective, your notice must include, as applicable and in the manner required by the DMCA:
2.1 Identification of the work or protected material
Clearly identify the copyrighted work (or protected material) that is allegedly being infringed. Provide sufficient information for us to understand the allegedly infringing content.
2.2 Identification of the allegedly infringing content
Provide the location of the allegedly infringing content. Where possible, include URLs, titles, descriptions, or any identifiers that allow us to locate the relevant item quickly. If the content is associated with a specific reference point in the site, describe that point in detail.
2.3 Good-faith statement
Include a good-faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law. This statement is a central element for the validity of the notice.
2.4 Statement that information is accurate
State that the information in your notice is accurate and that you have authority to act on behalf of the exclusive rights holder that would be infringed.
2.5 Signature
Sign the notice. In digital contexts, an electronic signature may satisfy applicable legal requirements, provided it allows identifying the requester and authenticating the submission appropriately.
3. How to submit a notice
To facilitate triage, we provide a form to collect the required information. Submitting this form prepares a request that will be directed to the contact address indicated. If you already have a drafted notice text, you can include the elements required above.

4. Counter-notification
If you believe the notice was submitted incorrectly or that your use is authorized, you may, in accordance with applicable procedures, submit a counter-notification. In general terms, a counter-notification should include: (i) identification of the removed/restricted content; (ii) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed/restricted by mistake; (iii) acceptance of jurisdiction and agreement to receive legal notice as required by law; and (iv) your contact information.
5. Important notices
The analysis depends on the information provided. We make efforts to process bona fide notices in accordance with legal requirements. We also emphasize that the tool was designed for local processing in the browser, and that, when applicable, takedown or resolution may depend on the nature of the contested reference.
